I am a senior lecturer (tenured assistant professor in other systems) at the School of Computer Science, University of Adelaide. My main research interest is in utilizing emerging technologies to design interactive AI systems that seamlessly collaborate with knowledge workers. Currently, my research projects focus on spatial computing and human-centered AI in healthcare. I am a CI of the IMAGENDO Project, which won the 2023 Australian Museum Eureka Prize (the “Oscars” of Australian science) for using AI for endometriosis diagnosis. I am also part of the leadership team for the Augmenting Ability CRC.

Before joining Adelaide, I had the honor of working with Prof. Patrick Baudisch (HPI), Prof. Takeo Igarashi (U of Tokyo), Prof CT Lin (UTS), and Dr. Li-Yi Wei (Adobe Research) across various research fields including Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Graphics, Brain-Computer Interface, and AI/ML.
